Cartoni FOCUS 8 Red Lock ALU Tripod System (KF08-RLM)

 

This set includes the Focus 8 Fluid Head assembled with Red Lock Aluminum Tripod, Mid level Smart Lock spreader, rubber feet and soft bag.

 

The FOCUS 8 Fluid Head is the ideal support for the latest ultra-lightweight cameras weighing from 0 to 8Kg (17,7 lbs). Extremely compact, the 8 features a continuously variable fluid damping system on both pan and tilt movements and a unprecedented, patented, variable counterbalance which brings its range of use to cover all existing cameras.
The FOCUS 8 Fluid Head comes equipped with a sliding camera plate compatible with Sachtler ACE and Manfrotto standard plates, spirit level and orientable pan bar. Its tilt angle is +/- 90° with perfect response throughout the entire tilt range.
FOCUS 8 interfaces with all 75mm bowl base tripods and supports. The extreme ruggedness and versatility together with the superior quality/price ratio makes the FOCUS 8 the best possible support for its range.

The Red Lock Tripod comes with an adapter ring and allows camera operators to easily change it from 75mm to 100 mm. Now, for the first time, Cartoni is offering photo and video production operators a premium tripod at entry-level affordability.

 

The CARTONI SDS Smart Deployment Series SMART LOCK mid-level spreader, featuring a patented CARTONI “no-bind” mechanism for quick spread and collapse capability, is a built-in spreader with a unique 2 stage deployment concept.
Made of high performance composite, the SMART LOCK weights only 460 gr (1 lbs). A side button on each arm releases the 2 sections, while the same retract by simply pushing them in.
The spreader fits to any CARTONI DV and ENG tripod with a quick release hook. The practical strap fixed to the center ring of the spreader and to the tripod base speeds the folding of the system by one single move.
